This is beautiful.
the dark paper was a great idea. It really congeals those sparse details.
You treated the leaves very nicely, they play off the large white wall and the white on the people where nicely.

My favorite part is probably the delicate little windows and fences.

Thank you for your detailed accolade!
It was my first try with dark paper and I was really nervous if it would work.
Hehe my favorite part is the same. I thought about integrating more little spots with details like this, but I was sheepish about overfilling the whole thing

Your first instinct to stop is normally a pretty good indicator. leaving it this way makes it look like a memory. Specific things really stand out, like that white car in the background. And others fade into obscurity. I really like this piece a lot. Is it very large?

the comparison with the memory is really nice. A lot larger than the format I usually use, but not very large for other I guess: It's around 30x40cm, 16x10 in

That sounds like a good size, I was hoping it was larger than office paper.
Hope to see more like this from you.

ya, I have to do bigger sizes I guess. But I'm a bit scared.

You can always compensate by keeping the figures in your size-comfort-zone, but just drawing a bunch more.
